Baking Day Roundup

I realized a few hours into my baking day plans that I was running low on a few necessary ingredients, so I cut a few things out of my plans for this round. I also discovered that baking while trying to home school proved to be much more difficult than I thought. My next baking day will defnitely take place on an off day and with a much better plan. Making Life (Or At Least Mealtime) Easier, Volume Sixteen

When I had my first baby, I joined La Leche League. I was determined to nurse my son successfully, and I did – for more than two years. I stayed in LLL for many, many years – I made some great friends there. An offshoot of the group formed called Mothering Friends, based on the principles of Mothering magazine. It was a group of women who were extremely devoted to home birth, no vaccinations, homeschooling, no spanking, organic vegetarian eating, child led weaning, etc etc.
